📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer engagement.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product placement and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align merchandising efforts with overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with retail standards and best practices in merchandising.
• Train and mentor merchandising staff to maintain high standards of performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of merchandising initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the fashion industry to keep our retail operations competitive.
• Participate in store visits and in-store activities to ensure merchandising strategies are effectively implemented.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a similar role in the fashion industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using merchandising software such as Visual Merchandiser, Retail Pro, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer behavior.
