In this role, you will teach various subjects, including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, English, and Social Studies, to students aged 3 to 18. You will utilize interactive teaching methods, educational technology, and a curriculum aligned with international standards to ensure students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective lessons for students in Lower, Middle, and High Schools.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets international standards.
• Utilize educational technology and online platforms such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, and Kahoot to enhance learning experiences.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to foster academic growth and success.
• Participate in school-wide events, extracurricular activities, and community service initiatives.
• Stay current with best practices in education and continuously seek opportunities for professional development.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an international school setting or equivalent.
• Valid teaching certification or license in Indonesia or another country.
• Proficiency in English and proficiency in another language (e.g., Indonesian, French, Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fostering a love of learning and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
