📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for customers.,Coordinate vehicle schedules, ensuring efficient utilization of the fleet.,Track fuel usage and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and safety certificates.,Work closely with drivers to ensure they are aware of vehicle schedules and maintenance requirements.,Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and coordinate vehicle repairs and servicing.,Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
