📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquets and events.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all requirements are met.,Manage staff and ensure they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the banquet area.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Manage the banquet budget and ensure it is used effectively and efficiently.,Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet operations.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
