📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety standards and complies with all local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the required standards and provide excellent customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and ready for customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the restaurant's operations run smoothly and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of inventory management, food and beverage preparation, and health and safety regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
