As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through comprehensive testing processes. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from Rp 16.000.000 to Rp 21.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
  • Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and report defects.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure that software meets quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor junior QA engineers to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Provide regular status updates on testing progress and quality metrics.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure that testing activities align with project timelines and requirements.
  • Ensure that all testing activities are documented and traceable for future reference.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, with a strong background in software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring junior QA engineers.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
