📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide pharmaceutical care and advice to patients, ensuring they receive the right medication and dosage.
  • Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor medication therapy and adjust treatments as necessary.
  • Assist in the management of the pharmacy inventory, including ordering and stock control.

  • Promote health education and medication therapy management to patients.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and medication history.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist in a healthcare setting.
  • Professional certification and license to practice pharmacy in Indonesia.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
