Trust Recruit is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our manufacturing operations and marketing strategies for precision and CNC components.

As a Supply Chain and Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our market presence and customer acquisition.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and optimize supply chain operations, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of precision and CNC components.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain and marketing performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain and marketing roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record in managing supply chain operations and marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and marketing software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
