Glow Net Nusantara is looking for an Assistant HR Generalist to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company. As an Assistant HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR team in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company and government regulations.,Assist in the organization and execution of employee training and development programs.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information about company policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in any other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or HR environment.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
