📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure business deals.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to inform business strategies.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business tools.
  • Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur.
