📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in managing and maintaining administrative records and documents.
• Support the Staff Admin in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and order replacements as needed.
• Support the Staff Admin in organizing and managing office events and activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
