📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.,Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Familiarity with basic cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules.,High school diploma or equivalent.
