📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain network and server performance.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and processes.,Work with the IT team to identify and resolve IT issues and improve systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Basic understanding of networking concepts.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of ITIL framework.Familiarity with common IT support tools and software.Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
