PT Giri Berkah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial regulations and practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead a team of accountants and ensure they meet their targets and deadlines.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to management.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial reports.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with the last 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
