As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations in our restaurant, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cashiering operations including opening and closing the cash register.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Handle cash and card payments securely and accurately.,Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior cashiers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a restaurant or retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) as needed.,Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
