As a Lead F&B Service, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.,Manage and train a team of F&B service staff to maintain service excellence.,Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock control.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service operations.,Monitor and report on service performance and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B service management.,Proven track record of leading F&B service teams to achieve high service standards.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Good understanding of Indonesian culture and customer service standards.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language.
