PT Hijau Anugerah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Consultant to join our dynamic team in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advisory services to our clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations, and driving the growth of our tax consulting practice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advisory services to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and optimization strategies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax regulations and legislation to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice.,Lead and mentor junior tax consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions.,Conduct tax audits and reviews to identify potential risks and opportunities for tax savings.,Prepare and present tax reports, analyses, and recommendations to clients and management.,Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of tax projects.,Contribute to the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of providing excellent client service.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate, individual, and international tax matters.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Experience in leading and mentoring junior tax consultants is a plus.
