Space Shop Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our remote branch in Medan, Sumatera Utara. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time remote position offering a competitive salary of Rp 15.000.000 – Rp 19.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure effective communication and coordination.,Promote and participate in company initiatives and events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all branch activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail branch and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
