In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and converting potential merchants into our network. You will play a crucial role in helping our business grow and succeed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential merchants in target markets,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential merchants,Present the benefits of joining our network to potential merchants,Negotiate and close sales deals with potential merchants,Provide excellent customer service to existing merchants,Monitor and report on sales performance and merchant activity,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices,Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Proven experience in sales, preferably in the merchant acquisition or similar industry,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong negotiation and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and local business culture is a plus,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must
