📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and financial processes.
• Reviewing financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Identifying areas of risk and recommending corrective actions to management.
• Supervising junior staff and providing guidance on audit methodologies and best practices.
• Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.
• Ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans and programs.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and auditing methodologies.
• Proficiency in using audit software and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Professional certification in auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA) is a plus.
