📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions based on company requirements and candidate qualifications.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain a strong candidate relationship throughout the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee onboarding programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
