📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project updates.
Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and client specifications.
Use BIM 360 for model coordination and clash detection to prevent errors in construction.
Assist in the preparation of construction documents and schedules.
Stay updated with the latest software versions and industry best practices.
Support the team in achieving project deadlines and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a CADD Operator or similar role, preferably in construction or architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
Strong understanding of architectural and structural principles.
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
Familiarity with construction documentation and scheduling.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
