📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and management of the centre, ensuring high standards of care and education.
• Lead and mentor a team of educators, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Develop and implement innovative early intervention programs to support the holistic development of children.
• Collaborate with parents, stakeholders, and other professionals to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) guidelines.
• Manage centre finances, including budgeting, financial reporting, and procurement.
• Promote a positive and inclusive culture within the centre, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education and management, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) or a similar relevant certification.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the community.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing innovative early intervention programs.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and educational databases.
