📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Estimator Manager in preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates.

• Review and verify cost estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation and project management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using cost estimation software such as Bluebeam, Tekla, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
