📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the company's payable accounts, including processing and paying invoices
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Maintain and update financial records and reports
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Support the finance manager in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations and other financial analyses
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an accounts payable role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software such as QuickBooks and SAP
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
