📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with EHS standards.
- Provide training and education to employees on EHS best practices and procedures.
- Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and KPIs.
- Investigate and respond to EHS incidents and near-misses.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks to our people and environment.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain a strong EHS culture within the organization.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, with a strong focus on Environmental Health and Safety.
- Certification in EHS management, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local and international EHS regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
