As a Fasilitator Penyusunan Perda, you will be responsible for facilitating the drafting of provincial regulations (Perda) that align with the vision and mission of the provincial government. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including government officials, experts, and community representatives, to gather insights and ensure that the regulations are well-researched and inclusive. Your expertise in regulatory affairs and your ability to navigate complex political landscapes will be instrumental in this role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Facilitate the drafting of provincial regulations (Perda) in collaboration with stakeholders.
Conduct research and gather data to support the development of regulations.
Ensure compliance with national and international standards and regulations.
Coordinate with government officials, experts, and community representatives to gather insights and feedback.
Monitor the implementation of regulations and provide reports on their impact.
Assist in the preparation of regulatory impact assessments and environmental impact assessments.
Participate in meetings and workshops to discuss and finalize regulations.
Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly those related to provincial governance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
Familiarity with regulatory software and tools such as E-Government Service Integration (ESAI) and Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) tools.
Ability to speak and write in Indonesian and English.
