📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to gauge candidates' fit for the role and our company culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure that we find the best candidates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure that our recruitment strategies are effective.
• Provide regular reports to the HR Manager on recruitment activities and results.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
