As an HR & General Affairs professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our F&B section. You will be responsible for managing employee relations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations in the F&B section.
• Assist in the planning and execution of team events and activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and company documents.
• Provide support to the HRGA department in various administrative and operational tasks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or General Affairs in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a must.
