🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field, such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, and local regulations.
• Proficient in using safety management software, such as SAP, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
