📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, assess, and mitigate non-performing assets to recover losses for clients.
• Utilize Salesforce and Zoho to manage and track loss mitigation activities.
• Develop and implement strategies for loss recovery, working closely with clients to understand their specific needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the loss mitigation process.
• Analyze data and trends to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement in loss recovery efforts.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain operational efficiency and meet performance targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loss mitigation to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to further your professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in loss mitigation, collections, or a similar role in the BPO industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing non-performing assets and recovering losses.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Zoho is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with a focus on operational efficiency and quality.
