📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of digital solutions to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
• Drive innovation in hospitality through the integration of cutting-edge technology and data analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Manage and mentor a team of hospitality innovation specialists.
• Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with the Executive Team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospitality innovation, digital transformation, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading innovation projects and driving digital transformation in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hospitality technology solutions, including CRM systems, PMS (Property Management Systems), and digital guest engagement platforms.
• Certifications in hospitality innovation, digital transformation, or related fields are a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
